The spirit of permanent improvement has always been present in the history of Cooperativa Jovent. From the entity we have incorporated the collaboration with different teams of the University of the Balearic Islands, in the line of being always open to external supervision, the exchange of knowledge and the critical evaluation, which has helped us to give objectivity to the various situations and challenges of our programs. This line of work allows us to establish dynamics of action-reflection, indispensable for an entity that seeks to be agile when it comes to responding to the challenges of the target population. For this reason, the evaluation is part of the basic culture of our professionals; It helps us to analyze ourselves, provokes new skills and allows us to renew ourselves permanently.
