Yesterday, we visited the women participating in the pre-employment training in Pastry, an initiative full of flavor and learning. We were able to see firsthand how they made one of the recipes they practice every day and, of course, taste the delicious result. All of this in an unbeatable environment, guided by the talented chef and trainer Hyun-Ju Chong.
This training is part of the “Fonaments” project, funded by the Regional Ministry of Families and Social Affairs (General Directorate of Cooperation and Immigration), which aims to promote real job opportunities for the participants.
